Whitney has fourteen years of experience in coaching, organizational support and facilitation, eight with executive level leaders and teams. She has worked with organizations of every size and stage, specializing in emerging leaders and change management.
Whitney's integral coaching certification is through New Ventures West. She is also certified in a variety of other adult development frameworks including the Kolbe suite of assessments, 3 Vital Questions and Ten Directions Facilitation.
In addition, she’s always keeping up with the latest developments in human development research and tools, ensuring she’s creating best-in-class programming tailored to her clients’ needs.
